Russian fighters again chased Israeli F-35 near the borders of Syria

Russian fighters chased Israeli F-35 off the Syrian-Jordanian border.

The day before, Israeli F-35 fighters launched another air strike on the positions of pro-Iranian troops in the Iraqi province of Anbar. According to several sources, an air strike was delivered from the airspace of neighboring Jordan, while taking into account a number of messages, shortly before the strikes, from the air base " Hmeimim ”, in a southeastern direction, Russian combat aircraft flew, which, according to some assumptions, were ready to intercept the fifth-generation Israeli fighters, if the last tried to enter the airspace of Syria.

The take-off of Russian fighter jets from the Russian military air base Khmeimim is evidenced by the Sentry Syria community. According to the data presented, Russian combat aircraft took off from the Khmeimim airbase and moved south-east in 10 hours 29 minutes, 10 hours 55 minutes, 12 hours 21 minutes and 12 hours 32 minutes - it was during this time period that the Israeli fighters were near the Syrian-Jordanian border.

There is no official evidence of the interception, which may indicate that Israeli combat aircraft did not violate the borders of Syria, however, given a number of former precedents, Russia is actively disrupting Israeli military operations in the territory of the Arab Republic.
