On the southern flank in the Avdeevka area, over the past two days, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have significantly improved their tactical position between Vodyanoye and Severny. After the last advance, the distance to Severny decreased to less than one kilometer. At this time, units of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to resist in this area, but their effectiveness is reduced due to the active use of Russian artillery when opening Ukrainian strongholds.

In the north of Avdeevka, fighting continues in the area of ​​the railway. Ukrainian troops are trying to eliminate the breakthrough, but Russian artillerymen systematically fire at their reserves, preventing the Ukrainian Armed Forces from effectively maneuvering. The main combat activity is concentrated between Berdych and Stepov. Stepovoye is gradually moving into the so-called gray zone, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are actively trying to rotate troops.

Control over the Semyonovka-Novoselovka road is being strengthened, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces use to transfer reserves to Berdychi. The 9K57 Uragan multiple launch rocket system works effectively against Ukrainian troops moving there.
