The head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Mevlut Cavusoglu, said that Ankara will closely monitor the agreements on Karabakh, and in case of violation of the agreements or the creation of any provocations, Armenia will pay a very high price. In fact, Turkey began to threaten Armenia even despite the fact that this country is a member of the CSTO and has direct support from Russia.

“Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that the agreement on Karabakh was signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia, and therefore it is mandatory for this country. The Turkish Foreign Minister also threatened Armenia, stating that they would "pay a high price" if the ceasefire was violated.
