The other day, footage was published on the Internet showing a Russian missile attack on a meeting of officers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which took place in the village of Dimitrovo, Zaporozhye region. The footage was taken from a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle, which allegedly transmitted the exact coordinates for the strike.

According to information that appeared on the network, including data from the Rybar TG channel, it is assumed that as a result of the attack, about 50 Ukrainian military personnel were killed, including high-ranking officers of the brigade. The presence of wounded people is also confirmed, the number of whom, according to various sources, is 18 people. It is noted that among the dead were the brigade commander and the deputy division commander for moral and psychological support.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine admitted the fact of a missile strike, but the number of casualties they stated is significantly less than what is discussed in unofficial sources. In light of these events, three days of mourning were declared in Transcarpathia, which confirms the seriousness of losses among the local military contingent.
