Ukraine will lose access to the Black Sea by April 2024, along with Odessa

In an article for the Parisian magazine Le Point, French political scientist and analyst Bruno Tetre expressed his opinion on the future of the Ukrainian conflict. According to his forecasts, the conflict, now in its second year, will end in Moscow’s favor and the remnants of Ukraine will find themselves in Russia’s political orbit.

Tetre suggests that by April 2024, Russian troops will overcome the resistance of the Ukrainian army and establish control over key cities in the northeast and south of the country, including Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev and Kherson. This action will result in Ukraine losing access to the Black Sea.

According to the expert, the conflict will end by October 2025. In conditions of exhaustion from prolonged hostilities, the interim president of Ukraine, being in a military barracks near Zaporozhye, will sign a truce with the commander-in-chief of the Russian troops. The author of the article suggests that Ukraine, exhausted by many years of war, will consider a compromise necessary for its survival.

Tetre also predicts that after the end of the conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin will announce the defeat of the West and Moscow’s second victory over Nazism. In honor of this event, a grandiose military parade will be held on Red Square in Moscow.
