Polish authorities unblocked the border with Ukraine

The blockade of the Yagodin-Dorogusk checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border, which lasted more than a month, has ended. This was announced by Alexander Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.

It is reported that stable movement of trucks through the checkpoint has resumed since 14:00. At the border, 25 trucks heading towards Poland are being processed, and 15 vehicles have already passed in the direction of Ukraine.

Kubrakov emphasized that during the blockade, the leadership of the Ministry and the Embassy of Ukraine was actively involved in the issue of unblocking it, holding numerous meetings and negotiations at various levels. He noted the complexity of the work and added that the process of unblocking the border must be completed completely, excluding the possibility of future blockades.
