In Greece, they are perplexed why the best air defense system in the world has not opened fire in three years.

The Greek newspaper Pentapostagma analyzed the inaction of the Russian S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems in Syria during the Israeli strikes, and concluded that one of the reasons why the Israeli fighters were never opened fire, is Russia's unwillingness to lose its reputation for weapons. According to Greek journalists, the capabilities of the S-400 will be enough to shoot down any of the existing fighters in the world, including the Israeli F-35i, however, Israel may well destroy the Russian S-400 with return fire.

According to the publication "Pentapostagma", Russia has made a very big bet on its weapons, however, if the S-400 is hit by a missile or a kamikaze drone, then the reputation of such weapons will plummet and no other country will want to acquire such systems, while as the developed S-500 system is not ready to completely replace the Triumphs - it only complements it.

"No country would acquire weapons that were hit.", - the edition marks.

On the other hand, experts draw attention to the fact that the Russian S-400s in Syria are intended only to protect the Russian military, but not Syria itself, and therefore there are much more questions for the Syrian S-300 than for the Russian S-400.
