Shoigu also noted that although 54 countries have declared their intentions to supply weapons to Ukraine, actual deliveries are made only from 15 countries. In his speech, he mentioned that the waters of the Sea of ​​Azov have become an inland sea of ​​Russia.

According to the minister, the West supplied Ukraine with an extensive arsenal of weapons: 5 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, 220 aircraft, 28 helicopters, 87 thousand UAVs and over 23 artillery systems. Separately, Shoigu mentioned the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the counteroffensive launched on June 1, including 300 thousand troops, 4 aircraft and 159 tanks, including 121 Leopard tanks.

In conclusion, Shoigu emphasized that the total losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces since the beginning of the special military operation exceeded 383 thousand military personnel, killed and wounded, and losses in equipment and weapons amounted to 14000 tanks and armored fighting vehicles, 553 aircraft, 259 helicopters, 8510 artillery pieces and MLRS.
