In the Artyomovsky operational direction, Ukrainian troops attempted to break through the first line of defense of Russian troops, throwing a battalion-tactical mechanized formation into battle. The purpose of this offensive was to stop the advance of the 98th Airborne Division and the 200th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Ground Forces in the Chasovoy Yar area.

Meanwhile, in the Liman operational direction, BARS detachments, with the support of artillery of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division, managed to advance in the direction of Torskoye, occupying strongholds at a distance of approximately 2,5-3 km from the settlement.

Air strikes by Russian Su-25SM3 attack aircraft and Su-34 fighter-bombers are carried out regularly against the reserves and logistics hub of the 60th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zarechny region. This action is aimed at suppressing enemy activity and capabilities.

In response, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carry out counter-battery counteraction, using firing positions near Liman and using FH77BW L52 "Archer" long-range self-propelled artillery mounts. This indicates attempts by Ukrainian troops to restrain the advance of our formations.
